[Balto R]

Hello world!
I’m starting to keep my diary.
I decided to keep it in English to catch mo use for me. And i hope there will be people interested to support me in destroying my enemies, to help me in studying E. & simply to have a pleasant chat.

So, my nik-name is Balto R. I’m 22 years old, senior class student. I had lived 10 years with my problem. But now i have no wishes to come back. It’s very important for me.

Turning point in my life has become; i haven’t time & strength to make mistakes! It’s my last year in University, & I must enter in postgraduate school – it is my chief aim, I have only one chance or I will have to spend my time in army. So, therefore I must start to study & to work as well as I have never study & work before! But girls, erotica, porno, onanism and all things that lead to these is prevent me.

I’ll be writing for little by little my abstracts to save my time…

Hello! I'm glad to see you in our forum. Why do you want to write in English? Do you think that your thoughts will be more clear in that way..? Well it's you right to express yourself like that.
There is a spesial branch of the forum where English speakers can talk (or try to talk ), I afraid that some our members would be against your english diary... We will see. I'm personally appriciate your initiative, but as a moderator of the forum I think you would have to write in Russian, in case of same people will be upset about english language here.
Please, explain the meaning of your nichname? (if you want to)

I knew that this forum has a lot off competent & smart people, because we are all trying to think by our brains & heart - not by our aaa … , i guess you understand me.

& виннер, don't worry about your English; i have a lot of mistakes too, especially in grammar as I suppose. So let study it together! U & others may write me in any time!

I see some guys have really good English; it will be useful for me to have conversations with U. If some will see rude mistakes in my diary – let correct me. & I'll be glad for Ur advices.

So… "Balto” is the name of one of Wonder Dog (Siberian Husky to be rightly). By legend he was half-dog – half-wolf! He led the team (упряжка) of sled dogs in Alaska to deliver one medicine to Nome city that was affected by diphtheria. (Balto) His bronze statue established in New York City's Central Park! For me he is example of persistence, courage, bravery, heroism… I need all these features to win my disease!

And therewith "Balto” is my favorite Disney's cartoon. It reminds me about times in my childhood, when I was really free - without dependence of porn & O.

Finally wolfs & dogs are my favorite animals.


Now U must be thinking – "but what is "_R” means?” So – it is the first letter of my real name!

"to kill two birds with one stone” – thanks for proverb Nataly, I'll trying to remember it.

To say the truth I have a big problem in having conversation with girls. I always see them just like objects of my S*ual wishes, but not like people. For example if one girl seems not pretty for me – I have no interest to deal with her, in study, or in work, even if she a real good person It is hard to admit, but it is true. So, I want to learn to treat with them like with only friends, like to people with their own rich inner world.

Well, I think that it is a really original idea to run an English diary. It has no alternative on this forum and this explains its popularity.
I think, Balto R, you can use any trick to fight this problem, and if a foreign language helps you in this fight, then you should use it ))
By the way, may I ask you a question. You know, your English is pretty good, and in the first place I think it is your oral speech, that is very good. Americans say that in their English fluency is in the first turn and grammar is secondary. I think that's your case. But you can't develop such fluency as yours staying in Russia. So I think maybe you've been abroad for some time, learning English. I suppose that it could have been America (maybe some of those "Work & Travel" programs). Correct me if I am wrong. It's just I've got some friends, who used that program, and your English is very similar with theirs )))
So, I wish you luck in your beginnigs...

Hello, Balto R! As I was expecting - you diary is on the TOP, and it becams more and more popular!!! Well done. a good idea!
Unfortunately my English far not perfect . I'm 23. but I've been learning the language only for 2,5-3 years, therefore I'm still a leaner like you. I achived a good resault in reading and listening English, but writing and especially speaking are my weak points.
If you want to improve your language skills, you'd better start reading English books (I prefer original) and listen audiobooks. It will inevitably push your level up. I advise you to begin with John Grisham or Michael Crichton... Their language is modern and easy for comprehantion, but their plots are always interesting, exciting and unexpected.

Lightkeeper, I see you speak freely and fluently, for shure your level is higher then mine. If you find mistakes in my messages, please correct them.

GOOD FOR YOU. 1 ST TYPE OF CONDITIONAL SENTENCES. If + present simpe (main part) + Future Simple or modal verb (should, may, must, can)
